To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第二次幫襯 之前食過午餐,食物味道都唔錯最緊要座位寬敞坐得幾舒服,而且又望到海景。今次試左下面幾道菜:牛油果蟹肉沙律 - 唔錯新加坡炒米粉 - 唔錯巴馬臣火腿薄餅(薄批)有驚喜!薄餅整到好薄同好脆,好味😋西冷牛扒配菠菜 - 牛扒煎得好靚,熟道岩岩好七成,冇overcook。菠菜咸左少少但都整得幾好味。燒春雞 - 冇咩特別。配菜薯條唔夠脆。服務方面,店面太大,侍應有時會應接不暇,太趕時間既人會等唔切可能😂上菜速度都唔算快。食物款式多,味道價錢都好合理,合再幫襯!

有驚喜!薄餅整到好薄同好脆,好味😋

西冷牛扒配菠菜 - 牛扒煎得好靚,熟道岩岩好七成,冇overcook。菠菜咸左少少但都整得幾好味。

燒春雞 - 冇咩特別。配菜薯條唔夠脆。

服務方面,店面太大,侍應有時會應接不暇,太趕時間既人會等唔切可能😂上菜速度都唔算快。

食物款式多,味道價錢都好合理,合再幫襯!
