To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍餐室版圖越嚟越厲害👍🏻我都幫襯過唔少分店,尖沙咀依間第一次去。閒日當日起碼七成以上係遊行,超旺場我哋依啲本土人都算係稀客。餐廳面積不大,拖移枱之間都相當逼夾,就算卡位都比平常嘅細。連唔肥嘅我都坐得相當辛苦,衛生真係麻麻哋,成地都係垃圾,張枱都係痴痴立立。下午茶時段正來得好,不想食太多點左白汁吞拿魚碎蛋三文治 $45熱鴛鴦白汁吞拿魚碎蛋三文冶老實講呢個份量我真係唔收貨,啲餡只有薄薄一層,好似只係食緊兩片好厚嘅扒三文冶,幸好三文治煎香脆可口,富牛油香,但饀料少到不值一提吧!熱鴛鴦溫度足,味道比較苦澀,花奶略少所以口感不夠滑溜。整體而言呢間分店比其他店質素較差。因為佢哋定位以遊客為主,以致出品都係是是但啦。

老實講呢個份量我真係唔收貨,啲餡只有薄薄一層,好似只係食緊兩片好厚嘅扒三文冶,幸好三文治煎香脆可口,富牛油香,但饀料少到不值一提吧!
