To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我食開(石門)富臨,趁住放假帶媽去黃大仙廟,見網上多人讚(黃大仙分店)多like咪去試下囉,點知出奇地。。。。。。差,無下次。6月10日14:00去到全場得一半滿,檯布多處黑跡明顯無換,劃單不夠1分鐘就有點心到,仲要係一定不是我點的,明顯入錯單拒收。。。。幾分鐘後又錯送,依次仲離譜,我叫一碟4個的煎堆,竟然屈我叫2碟,我即走去收銀叫佢攞番我的劃單睇,佢無搵過亦唔肯睇,明顯心知係佢自己入錯,跟住問我劃咗咩,我叫佢print比我睇,原來入多2樣不知明點心,估計好多客都係不知情比多咗錢,後來聽到隔離檯又係咁。講番已去剩一半客,當時只是14:30送嚟點心凍。漏單。入錯晒單。車仔明顯有3樣點心係我檯號,傳菜只攞其中一樣煎腐竹卷放低,但車仔就泊在我傍,跟住攞埋其他點心去其他檯。。。。連喼汁。回來我提傳菜仲有2個點心在車未比我,佢竟然答我:我知,我睇到呀。聽到真係火都嚟。跟住問佢攞車上喼汁仲唔理我推走。。。。我火都嚟,指住傳菜同部長講,傳菜竟然答:係呀,我點解要比喼汁佢,連客和部長都鬧,部長都嬲,唔比面,車仔明明有都唔比客,部長話我記低佢扣薪。無下次。完。
