首先，餐廳應在正午十二時開門，我們訂枱也是12:00，但門口一直沒有人，當時已有很多人站在門外，裏面的職員完全不理會。直到12:05才有一位職員出來帶位，但她既做reception 又帶位，也不顧誰先到，至12:10才帶到我們那枱。讓客人足足在站了10分鐘 對酒店餐廳來說，實在不能接受。其次，負責開蠔的職員一直躲在柱後做自己的事，客人站在他面前良久也不理不睬，要客人開聲要求才肯開蠔，實在不要得。雖然食物還可，但此價錢不可能是此服務。
