1.落單前及落單後無出声缺貨,直至送上甜品時,客人才知無桂花糕,已經被安排轉了紫薯糕及乳酸糕。食咗一個多小時都無通知客人,亦無詢問轉款式的意向,直至到甜品時,接將糕點放於枱面就走人。客人問:“不是如套餐餐牌上寫著的桂花糕咩?”經理答:“唔係”客人問:“點解唔係?餐牌寫住㗎喎!”經理答:“轉咗俾你”我有叫你轉咩??缺貨就直接講!或再補一句“因缺貨所以幫你轉咗,sorry"咁會否好些少?無歉意,亦無解釋,自己估呀?!乜態度呀哥仔你?學人做經理?無料到!2. 餐牌話套餐包幾罐Jolly Sandy,到落單後,問你俾幾罐jolly,你又話唔包!餐牌廢㗎?懷疑你公司已違反商品說明條例,於銷售過程中誤導顧客!!
