To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 凍冰冰最岩一定係打邊爐,今日去到新世紀廣場睇戲前就先去牛涮鍋食餐暖笠笠既首先很喜歡牛涮鍋係用大鍋,總係覺得一大鍋打邊爐先有風味。我地選擇了美國上級進口牛肉放題,湯底就係蕃茄與骨膠原豬骨。一如既往,店員會放低兩個盤俾我地出去拎野食。煱底先來,蕃茄湯既味道很濃,把豬骨湯既味道都蓋過了牛肉賣相不錯,也不會太多脂肪,配搭店內提供的芝麻醬,正豬肉跟雞肉就普通其他食物既選擇都唔少,主要係沙律,丸,蔬菜,麵類,及飯等。特別想推介豆腐,好滑另外也要讚一讚牛涮鍋的服務,以前想加牛要招手,而家每台已有tablet提供,想加湯定肉㩒個制就好快有啦。而且仲有埋usb叉電位,果然與時並進
