To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽過唔少國金軒的消息,得知佢嘅招牌響當當,最出色係做fusion中菜。今日聞名不如見面,食物果然做得唔錯,但服務同管理都意外地差。 北京片皮鴨 (Grade: 4/5)先嚟個餐廳嘅招牌菜 - 北京片皮鴨。夠竟片皮鴨可以有幾特別? 原來就特別在包片皮鴨嘅薄餅身上。廚師預備咗三種不同嘅薄餅,分別有原味、菠菜味同薑味,三種味道帶出三種唔同嘅效果。食神本人覺得菠菜味味道比較特別,薑味就唔講都食唔出。 酒香鮑魚 (Grade: 2.5/5)賣相一流,入口感覺似食醉雞的酒香味,但鮑魚本身就質感一般。 紅酒炆牛尾 (Grade: 4.5/5)普普通通嘅一道菜式好多時先試出真功夫,例如咕嚕肉、芥蘭牛肉等等都係家常菜但係做得出色並唔容易。呢道炆牛尾用紅酒汁慢火炆,再加入紅蘿蔔、香芹等等嘅材料,令醬汁更濃更杰,牛尾、牛筋等亦自然更加入味。極度推介! 東星斑球伴南瓜 (Grade: 3/5)好一個酥炸東星斑球,再伴上tempura style嘅炸南瓜重疊一起,味道豐富,不過一人一件就未免少咗D。 XO醬西蘭花帶子 (Grade: 2/5)一道紅酒炆牛尾做得鬼斧神功,想唔到另一道普通嘅家常菜卻失之交臂

普普通通嘅一道菜式好多時先試出真功夫,例如咕嚕肉、芥蘭牛肉等等都係家常菜但係做得出色並唔容易。呢道炆牛尾用紅酒汁慢火炆,再加入紅蘿蔔、香芹等等嘅材料,令醬汁更濃更杰,牛尾、牛筋等亦自然更加入味。極度推介!

東星斑球伴南瓜 (Grade: 3/5)
好一個酥炸東星斑球,再伴上tempura style嘅炸南瓜重疊一起,味道豐富,不過一人一件就未免少咗D。

XO醬西蘭花帶子 (Grade: 2/5)
一道紅酒炆牛尾做得鬼斧神功,想唔到另一道普通嘅家常菜卻失之交臂。西蘭花煮得未免過冧,口感全失。帶子則感覺好"雪藏",完全無鮮味。再加上一個糊達達嘅XO醬汁,真係失敗之中嘅失敗。

可以話無服務可言
(1) 我哋多次向不同侍應要求要牙籤,但係完全無人記得。
(2) 我哋多次向不同侍應要求埋單,但係侍應不停忘記,最後擾攘超過十五分鐘之上。
(3) 帳單最終嚟咗,但侍應又唔小心同另一枱嘅單 mix up,最後要 void 咗張單再錄過。
(4) 國金軒都算係一級嘅中菜廳,但係當晚有幾張枱嘅人客走咗,侍應都無番枱,任由食剩嘅食物放響度,有礙觀瞻。最重要係餐廳其實侍應不少 (當晚比例約一個侍應對一枱客左右),所以根本唔係人手不足嘅問題,而係服務、管理質素問題!

整頓晚餐五人嘅菜式,一吃就三個鐘頭,上菜、埋單都好慢,老人家都唔耐煩,埋單中途己經走咗,仲千叮萬囑,以後千萬唔好再幫襯。其實餐廳食物真係唔錯,點會攪成咁。。。
