To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境適合打卡，見d人由reception開始已經係咁影。食物水平整體係 “北京樓 plus”。片皮鴨幾有趣，片到完全無肥，好似薯片咁。薰蛋正常。清炒蝦仁d蝦比較大隻，好似唔多正中。但服務係絕對垃圾級。話說嗰日落雨，兩位朋友有濕嘅縮骨遮，reception一見到係飛撲出嚟、非常熱情、接近強搶咁收咗兩把遮，然後比個號碼牌。到我哋走嘅時候，reception話搵唔到，搵咗20分鐘之後，有職員向後樓梯垃圾車入面搵返一把，一陣垃圾味。第二把依然搵唔到。向呢個時候，職員堅持唔係當垃圾處理，係 “只係放咗向紙皮盒入面”。首先，點解可以將客嘅遮放紙皮盒？第二，點解可以唔睇下就處理紙皮盒？又唔係我要求你幫我儲遮，係你自己強搶，仲要唔見埋！擾釀咗陣，先話賠返。食完先知原來係米芝蓮一星，嚇死人！
