To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同媽咪,姨媽諗住試北京樓既片皮鴨,我地早早5點半已經入去坐(晚市),一入到去經理已經叫我地落單叫片皮鴨,我地5點32分已經落好單。好啦,如是者過左半個鐘,我地叫多個莧菜,過左十五分鐘,莧菜就無,黎左個勝瓜,叫人換,無人跟進,搵人問就叫我地等。好啦過多10分鐘,莧菜黎左,鴨都仍然未黎,最終等到成差唔多6點50分先黎片皮鴨,仲要追先黎,黎到啲野凍都就算,就連2食炒鴨崧都係要追先黎,如是者最後係食到7點15分先食到7788。佢地叫人7點交枱,但個片皮鴨差唔多7點先黎,呢個係咩玩法?
