朋友很喜歡吃動物的刁鑽部位,所以特意邀請我陪她去鳥森吃,這裏的雞串燒正是可以差不多吃混雞的全身及內臟🧡鳥燒廚師發辦套餐 Mori omakase @$680只要跟服務員講不吃什麼部位就可以,今次的串燒有 雞冠、雞翼、雞胸骨、雞腳筋、雞肝、免治雞肉棒、雞皮、提燈、豬肋條、白鱔 這次真是我大膽的嘗試🫣 有幾個部位比較特別🔸雞冠 : 燒到脆卜卜,沒有什麼特別的味道,有一點像薯片的口感🔸雞胸軟骨:這個我本身很喜歡的,有咬感,比雞軟骨更健康不肥膩,配上燒汁更惹味🔸雞腳筋 :吃法與牛筋跟不同,不是稔身的,是十分煙靭爽彈🔸提燈 :輸卵管及卵巢未形成外殼的雞蛋黃製成提燈串燒,很珍貴,價格較高;外層有層膜比較彈口,裏面有點像未熟雞蛋的感覺,口感豐盈香滑🔸恵比壽炭火親子丼🔸安格斯白布烏冬最後配一個飯/烏冬,一定夠飽🔸紅豆奶凍
