炎夏34 度之下,中午排隊超過一小時,用餐時間大约40分鐘完成。不喜歡排隊的我,因為很多IG都形容越發是全港最好食的越南牛河,當然要親身去試吓這間地道河內越南食店。1.招牌牛柳牛丸河粉$99聽聞越南正宗吃法是用牛柳,配油炸鬼是當地普遍吃法,越發用牛柳配上大量香葉,加配油炸鬼傳統配搭,並非坊間一般港式用薄片牛肉,牛肉嫩質感,湯底清甜,河粉不會太腍,但河粉不夠滑。2.奥巴馬粉$83待應會介紹新食客,自己撕碎香草,愈碎愈香,加入酸甜魚露汁,將檬粉沾到酸甜魚露汁進食,配上烤豬肉,屬開胃之選,檬粉質感似濱海。3.香露牛柳橯檬粉$884.招牌越南脆春卷$69皮薄,若可以卷多一層皮,口感可能更加香脆,料多,油更多,因太熱用自備剪刀先分開一半,油立即漏到碟底盛滿一層油,味道幾好,只是油太多,好彩先剪開,避免油淋淋。5.鮮蝦米纸卷$63米纸卷上枱外層米纸粘住分不開6.熱情果冰茶及青檸梳打@$29梳打及冰茶無味,完全不甜總括來講,可能太多報章雜誌及綱評推介,生意好好,價錢算中上,但控制食物烹調很重要,要保持水準才可以保住特式小店及用心經營美譽。
