慶祝周年紀念,選擇了太太最喜歡的日本鐵板燒,今次到了尖沙咀的三日月。套餐由五百多至一千多都有。先來前菜是黑醋海葡萄雜菜沙律,非常開胃!刺身三點盛,今次有赤身,油甘魚和赤蝦,非常厚切,口感和鮮味都極好!北海道厚岸蠔,肥大肉厚,海水味濃郁,加上少少酸汁,很易入口。三文魚子蒸蛋,非常幼滑,普通得來十分矜貴。巨型帆立貝,輕輕香煎保留了帆立貝的原有鮮味!鐵板銀鱈魚,煎得香口,鮮味無比,加埋特製奶油醬汁,又香又滑!和牛一點也不肥,肉味香濃,七成熟剛剛好!鐵板炒飯,炒得乾身,火候十足!最尾一個芝麻雪糕,非常完美!師傅會詳盡解釋來源和做法,十分專業!員工收碟加茶都非常快,服務周到,人均幾百元很不錯呢!
