下個星期開始轉涼,梗係要開始介紹番啲打邊爐餐廳俾大家啦!!今次嚟到尖沙咀,呢一間堪稱高質散叫嘅火鍋店。招牌鮮椰青雞鍋果然係招牌,會有職員幫手炒香啲雞,然後加入椰青水、 椰子肉同雞湯,一開蓋超級香,湯頭超甜好濃郁,未開餐之前已經飲咗兩碗。牛肉拼盤(小)雖然價值$400,但裏面包含嘅種類非常之多: 牛舌心、安格斯手切肥牛,極上手切牛頸脊、牛胸爽、霜降牛粒。每款牛肉各有特色,牛舌心非常爽脆,小編建議淥10秒就好足夠;手切肥牛雪花平均,食落軟腍鮮嫩;牛頸脊牛味非常香濃,較肥牛多一分嚼勁;牛胸爽牛脂滿瀉且帶爽口感;牛粒肉質較為厚實。紫菜響鈴必點之一,條條都炸得金黃可口,入面加入大大塊紫菜令菜式香口及脆口,淥3秒後依然有脆脆口感。蔬菜:皇帝菜,白蘿蔔打邊爐小不了要叫返碟菜,呢度嘅蔬菜價錢唔係特別貴,而且款式較多,分量來講都算OK黃金墨魚丸(半)比較少見嘅丸類款式,又引起我嘅好奇心試一試。滾起之後,記住細啖啲咬落去, 因為墨魚丸裏面包着流沙蛋黃嘅餡料,爽口彈牙之餘仲帶份咸香。XO鮑魚蝦餃(半)因為係手工自家製,外間都比較少見,食落非常之有驚喜,XO醬味好突出,配上淡淡既鮑魚同蝦肉,味道好夾。除咗打邊
