To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知佢地d燒味幾好食,有質素,特登黎食乳豬,一黎到叫,無乳豬,叫左個四喜來臨門$118(自選4種燒味),叉燒,油雞,熏蹄,燒豬。叉燒好干無肉味,燒豬切到薄一薄,無口感而且一大截肥糕,熏蹄于過不失,油雞唔滑又鞋口。品質好差,唔好覺得megabox無咩人黎食就咩都無同做得差,我覺得要好好尊重每個食客,做都做好d呀。
