元朗多美食係人都知,今晚尼間居然係星級大廚主理,而且每串都不假預人,自己親自燒。標榜食材新鮮,絕不冰鮮,尼個已經夠曬吸引,經經理悉心介紹,我地點左日本雪場蟹腳,新鮮空運到港,差不多係每台必點,蟹腳肉厚,而且大廚處理得好好,好彈牙,海水味和海鹽的餘香,調味料絕不重味,只食到蟹肉嘅甜味,絕對係超值,超水準享受。碳燒鰻魚,首先鰻魚係超滑,外面脆,肉好嫩滑,入口即溶,份量岩岩好,尼個係我食過咁多鰻魚好超水準的一間、雞粥好綿,粒粒雞肉,雞肉係新鮮先煲得出鮮甜味,賣相更加係落足心機。鹽燒白鱔,距系可以燒到岩岩好,皮系極脆,顏色金黃,肉系滑嘅,淡淡嘅海鹽,不蓋過魚嘅鮮味,真係好有心機,對食物要求好高,而經理就每一串都會細心解說返,好專業!尼支白桃汁汽水系超好味,值得一試👍雞皮系最考功夫嘅,大廚將雞皮底層肥膏處理掉,好薄一層,燒至金黃、每口都食到脆脆,但係又唔會張口嘅感覺,超強👍仲有餐前小食,好窩心,尼餐食得好開心,好少有客人同大廚甘多交流,距吧台就係即燒即遞俾客人,新鮮食,而且會分享返食物的味道做法。完全系老朋友吹下水,好窩心。下次會再見🤗👍
