To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見士林台灣麵咁出名,突登同老公入元朗試。安排坐街外,唔係非常熱,算啦!夏天就唔好攪啦!叫左個招牌紅燒牛肉麵和香酥雞扒麵。先來牛肉麵,食左兩啖就覺得唔妥,味精好勁,食唔落。香酥雞扒勁炸,炸粉厚到爆,勁多油,為免浪費食物,唯有起塊炸皮先食。原來沒有中午套餐的,麵➕飲品要$56,淨麵要$42,咁貴食味精湯,真唔低,佢啲宣傳仲話用好多個鍾烹湯,係就唔使咁重味精啦!食完哩歺要狂飲雞骨草,解味精秉清熱氣!真唔值!
