To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個特價冬瓜盅,冬瓜盅上既時候發現個冬瓜色勁深色(佢係已經深到有啲啡啡地),即時叫樓面幫手換啦,應該係經理職級既人走左過嚟,話之前俾客投訴冬瓜盅太生,所以廚房煲耐左本身都算啦,但後尾發現隔離果枱個冬瓜盅都唔係啡色,仲係白色既,都估到應該唔係真話啦,而且個冬瓜盅肉好柴⋯咁好啦,同執野個樓面講聲,話下次唔好再俾哩啲冬瓜盅啦,樓面話:「哦,係呀,加左醬油」我即時成頭問號⋯一嚟人地枱個冬瓜盅就白色既,二嚟邊個煮冬瓜盅會落醬油呢⋯雖然哩次唔會至於令到我唔再食,但多少有啲失望⋯
