To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友兩個人食完都瘋狂肚痾肚痛明明話慢煮，但啲野食叫完幾分鐘就有 應該一早整定喺度擺，滋生細菌服務態度又差，狂催我地落單，埋單完全破壞氣氛垃圾餐廳，得個牛角包好食其他野都麻麻豬肉巨肥，好油好濟My friend and I have a whole night diarrheas after having dinner there. I suspect that the food are not fresh and unclean.They said the food are slow-cooked but they served the food few minutes after we ordered. It should be pre-made food.Horrible experience.
