餐廳基本裝修同氣氛都好有日式昭和風嘅感覺,唔少嘅靚燈籠同埋織旗都好靚,比較可惜係餐廳油煙味大左少少。有個二人嘅壽喜燒套餐,都係唔錯嘅選擇。叫左個招牌壽喜燒二人餐,加左$50升級左澳洲M9和牛西冷&美國頂級牛頸脊。 兩款牛都靚,和牛就真係油花靚好多,不過牛頸脊都好吸引幾厚切有職員幫手燒,用海鹽同牛油熱個左鍋之後加埋D壽喜燒汁放牛入去燒,牛頸脊好濃牛味,油感唔多。另外之後食埋片和牛,好嫩好滑,入口就溶左咁,好食。清酒煮鮮蜆原本係手打漢堡,但轉左煮蜆。蜆肉每隻都大隻,蒜味牛油味加埋個酒香同蜆香,整體好鮮甜小食: 甲羅燒多士 / 燒和牛牛舌甲羅燒好濃蟹膏香,配左多士食,入面仲有D蟹肉好好食。牛舌7成熟左右幾彈牙,幾鍾意佢地配個墨西哥辣醬,勁辣之餘又好食黑松露燉飯食埋D蔬菜之後最後加埋個燉飯入去煮,整體好濃好厚身嘅忌廉味,個壽喜燒汁又幾中和到忌廉個陣油膩味
