很久沒有吃越南菜,今晚又有些想吃了,思前想後,又來到河內大娘。之前飲過菠蘿冰,今天轉了芒果冰39元,同様鮮甜美味。而老公要了珍多冰39元,綠豆蓉很多,混合椰汁和椰奶味道正宗。原來除了泰國,越南都有青芒果沙律69元,味道和泰國有些少分別,不過都是酸酸甜甜,青芒果又爽又脆,令我胃口大開。酸子蝦169元,用羅望子做醬汁,有點似酸梅的味道,再加上九層塔的香味,令到蝦的鮮甜,充分發揮。咖哩雞99元,有些似巴基斯坦咖哩,不會太辣,加上薄餅32元,吸收了咖哩汁就最滋味。生牛肉河69元,牛骨湯㡳味道濃郁又熱,將生牛肉滾到半生熟,牛肉鮮嫩,加上指天椒,味道一流。
