香港食到的連鎖米線鋪頭選擇其實不多,最近試了一間都幾出名,而且越開越多分店的「愛上米線」。「愛上米線」裝修新潮,走簡潔黑白色路線。食物以天然海鹽調味,米飯採用日本珍珠米,湯底每天新鮮熬製,本地口味,不加味精。堂食還可以任加白飯或米線,所以必定夠飽。餐廳以QR code落單,先付款後上菜,不需要加一。紅燒排骨湯米線(牛骨湯)$58,加$18升級至套餐,半例小食揀選了話梅小番茄,附送飲品加了$4轉了充滿爆珠的芒果乳酪梳打特飲。排骨肉質軟嫩,一咬即可以骨肉分離。牛骨湯融合了牛肉香濃肉汁,調味不會過鹹,米線質地純樸滑口,吸收了湯底的濃郁精華。雞藤椒粒拌飯$52,一上枱已是麻香撲鼻,雞粒爆至金黃色,醬汁濃郁,香辣惹味,花椒那種麻辣的獨特感覺不斷刺激味蕾,但辣味不算過重,加上蔥青椒紅椒,非常惹味。招牌脆炸蛋肉抹拌飯$48,油炸荷包蛋,半熟蛋黃流出蛋漿,撈勻白飯、肉碎和菇碎,口感層次豐富。原味蔥油餅$18,蔥油餅新鮮即叫即煎,外層口感脆身,內裡香軟煙韌富嚼勁。
