我一直都覺得食壽司最緊要要新鮮,今次去板長食野,的確滿足到我要求新鮮食材呢個願望。一開始我食左個腐皮壽司暖下胃先,為之後食生冷野打個底。之後就開始黎主食啦,就係赤醋壽司系列,佢有池魚王、伊佐木、平目魚同埋油甘魚壽司!大家睇下圖就知,超超超超超新鮮。好想食多一碟,不過俾朋友阻止左,要試下其他野。之後就由朋友話事,叫左牡丹蝦壽司同吞拿魚三色赤醋壽司。當食完普通壽司同赤醋壽司之後,我發現原來赤醋會比較甜D,更可以帶出鮮味。今次呢餐食得好滿意!
