To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今天同母親大人行東薈城，行到6 點鍾就覺得肚餓頂唔順，母親大人又要求食西餐之後就上網左呢間餐廳，係東薈城有天橋直行到海堤灣畔就到，好方便飲品叫左雜果賓治好有果味，真材實料肉醬芝士脆餅呢個係staff 推介，好正，食落口好有層次，唔會過咸，staff 果然冇推介錯，醬汁好特別 有肉忌廉 芝士 ，鐘意食芝士既朋友一定唔可以錯過，如果送埋啤酒🍻睇波一流，可惜男朋友不在餐廳都好闊落，如果夜晚係到睇波，飲杯野咁，都幾正，音樂同氣氛都一流，我地早到 個位係要上一級梯，好特別同好舒服
