To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘩！今日一於去咗呢間餐廳，裡面既壽司同刺身真係爆晒燈💡！首先，個照燒雞扒飯真係惹味到不得了，雞肉又香又滑，啖啖肉咁食落真係咩憂愁都冇咗！個醬汁係我食過最正嘅，口感正到飛起。再嚟個魚籽三文魚壽司，啲魚籽喺口入邊爆，「啪啦」嘅一聲鮮甜滋味滿咗舌頭！三文魚肉呢，新鮮得滑呀滑，腍入心肺嘅。講真，每次食完呢啲，都會有種滿足感湧上心頭👌。當然唔少得食埋個雜錦天婦羅—外脆內軟，每一啖咬落去都係咁彈牙！好似係大自然送上嚟嘅禮物咁，啲海鮮同蔬菜保持咗原汁原味🍤。而家講到最後，我要狠狠讚一讚，佢哋啲清酒真係同呢啲壽司刺身配得天衣無縫，肺腑嘅感覺直沖雲宵！呢啲簡單嘅樂趣真係人生一大享受！下次你哋都要試吓，保證唔會令你失望！🍣🍶👍
