To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我唔係特別好中意食拉麵嘅人,喺香港食碗拉麵唔知點解成日見人龍,今晚朋友話試呢間,我乜都冇睇就跟左去啦(笑) 仲要唔洗排隊(拍手)我地每人一碗拉麵,當然其中一碗係招牌熊拉麵啦,另一碗就係白熊拉麵,白熊果碗因為冇蛋嘅,所以追加蛋一隻,兩碗放上檯時賣相係9成9相似 (爆) 試下個湯底,ummm...好似喎,我食唔到有咩分別。我揀左炙燒肥叉,幼麵,普通硬度,旁邊仲有蔥 & 木耳添,湯底係濃厚豬骨湯,味精度唔算高,塊肥叉真係不得了,入口即溶肥瘦適中,加埋炙燒更加香口(讚)溏心蛋都好掂,你會食到外面有少少甜嘅醬油味,半熟蛋黃爆正,至於麵身,我下次會試下硬麵,因為我食得慢,食到一半,麵質地變淋左冇咁好味,整體係可返兜系列喔!另外仲叫左豚肉麻醬沙律,普普通通冇咩特別,豚肉好稔,有啲菜中和下濃湯我覺得好啲咁解啫。仲有沙律醬餃子,上面佈滿左大量蔥花 & 沙律醬,煎到脹卜卜,第一啖咬落去竟然爆汁,好彩冇爆到我一身都係(笑)即係話呢個餃子肉汁算多,餃子皮有少少煙韌度,蔥&沙律醬topping配搭新鮮,有驚喜。

另外仲叫左豚肉麻醬沙律,普普通通冇咩特別,豚肉好稔,有啲菜中和下濃湯我覺得好啲咁解啫。
