17-8-2019 (Sat)晏晝,同老公,爸爸朋友去銅鑼灣睇notebook,睇完就周圍行,我哋行到嚟見到有日本煎餅,有蝦同魷魚兩種.蝦餅係喺製作過程中,有原隻鮮蝦被壓扁嗰種,我哋未試過,而店員話呢隻係即叫即造嘅,於是用$30.00買嚟試吓,等咗一陣就有喇,店員問係咪o衣o家食?我哋答係.大大塊,熱騰騰嘅,食落,味道唔算濃,食到中間嗰隻被壓扁嘅鮮蝦,口感就硬啲,無他嘅,因為有蝦殼嘛.味道:4分魷魚煎餅就有得試食,重有兩種味道,一種係醬油,一種係wasabi.醬油嘅魷魚味道濃郁; wasabi嘅就有啲唔好彩, wasabi唔係好哽,但蓋過鮑魚味.我哋就用$60.00買一包醬油味魷魚煎餅返屋企俾爸爸食.之後幾日,我至打開嚟食,魷魚味道仍然濃郁,但好鹹,鹹過嗰日喺嗰喥試食,果然係佐酒小食.味道:3分喺香港都食到,咁唔使特登去日本食lu.抵食係2.8分
