To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同家人食圍餐,12人餐嘅湯分到得每碗得一半,仲話唔好意思將就少少得咁多,追問經理原來拎少咗一煲出黎。跟住另外點咗隻長腳蟹,蒸完出黎少咗隻腳,食落啲肉又梅又臭,肯定係換咗隻死蟹俾我地,即刻叫經理換過隻,要追到入廚房先話你知新個隻蟹幾重,經理話計我地3斤半。到埋單時隻蟹計咗4斤半,同個經理講係計3斤半,$238/ 斤,理應係$238x3.5=$833。點知經理話半斤姐係8兩所以計3.8,$238x3.8=$905,爭輪咗一段時間出去收銀到計都堅持話係乘3.8,最後先態度差劣話算啦你地話3.5 就3.5 完全唔承應數學錯誤,當我地r 著數咁。大家去呢間酒樓真係要小心check 單,完全當你水魚咁呃得就呃,永冇下次幫襯。建議酒樓多作員工的數學培訓,小學水平都不如。
