天氣開始漸冷又可以食瓦煲粥啦食完即時暖笠笠,大滿足.識食一定去元朗嘅「泰豪燒」點解咁講呢?.第1️⃣隨住金屬煲嘅普及,市面已經極少用瓦煲雖然製成需時又費心思但就只有瓦煲煲出黎嘅粥,濃稠度先至高第2️⃣勁大煲粥,而且材料夠足,又非常豐富!第3️⃣仲可以邊食粥邊食串燒添,真係好完美.我地叫左二人套餐海鮮砂鍋粥$298一份套餐有1️⃣海鮮粥(可揀兩款海鮮)2️⃣六串串燒3️⃣兩罐汽水或一支啤酒.海鮮粥有九款海鮮我地揀左花甲同蝦呢煲瓦煲粥真係不得了粥底濃稠,米香芳香每啖都係綿滑帶膠,可見火喉十分到家海鮮嘅鮮味完全融入粥裡,鮮甜十足另外料頭豐富,勁多花甲同蝦好似食極都食吾哂入面就加左馬蹄片,多層次口感.廚師好細心別係腸上面切開一層層更易入口之餘一,每層都燒得特別香脆再加上辣粉同椒鹽,好正.外層薄脆,內裡魚香十足又煙韌.尖椒口感較軟腍,但真係好辣呀.兩面都燒至香脆咬落彈牙,仲有墨魚粒係入面架.菠蘿其實吾係咁易燒得好味火喉要控制得岩岩好先可以封到汁而呢個咬落勁爆汁,香甜又帶微微焦香.雞翼燒至外皮薄脆由於已經醃好左,吾洗加調味料都好夠味.呢個魷魚鬚真係必叫平時食到嘅魷魚鬚大多都偏硬較韌但呢個竟然係外酥脆而內鮮嫩而炸蒜方面真係
