今晚得一支公就逛下有咩好食,發現原來紅磡既食街,已經由崇潔街延伸到到隔離既崇志街。行到崇志街既街中間,見到呢間五光十色既餐廳,就決定幫襯下。餐廳係係崇志街29號,由黃埔站行黎都要大概15分鐘,地點唔算好方便,不過就容易locate既。餐廳比較的骰,裝修簡單,環境舒服。Menu餐廳主打湖南川式既辣食,推介既就係全港首創既錫紙貝殼粉同津市牛肉粉,仲可以好似車仔麵咁加其他配料。招牌醉凍雞翼$28/4隻 $32/6隻呢個醉雞翼雞皮滑,雞肉又嫩又爽,紹興酒味濃,仲有微辣,食落更加惹味醒胃錫紙貝殼粉絲(特製奇香湯底)$52呢個錫紙貝殼粉,其實係黎自重慶四川一帶既,賣相有趣,外面用左層錫紙包住入面既湯、粉、同配料,佢地話咁樣可以鎖住食物既原味,將精華全部留住。呢個湯底可以揀原味,如果想要麻辣+$1、清香辣+$2,仲可以轉河源米粉或者+$1轉沙河粉tim,好多配搭。講番個湯底,佢入面有沙白、茶樹菇、木耳、生菜等等,味道清香鮮甜,沙白仲好大隻冇沙既,粉絲軟硬度適中,仲好高掛湯能力,所以食落味道濃郁,大碗又抵食
