同同事放工做到身水身汗,大家都想食少少野先返屋企,我建議黎哩間串燒店食宵夜,因為我之前食過覺得唔錯,而且容易泊車。韮菜,睇下最普通既食物,但係其實要燒得好都考師傅功架,出面有時會燒到好濃,哩到剛剛好,加埋孜然粉好味。雞皮,好香脆唔油膩。一口雪花牛,燒至7成熟,咬落入面冇血水,而且又唔會”鞋口”。雞翼,外皮好脆,肉質亦唔乾身。多春魚。羊架,又係我最愛,肥膏位置最多油脂而且最有羶味,大啖咬落去超正鮑魚仔,由於同事唔食羊,鮑魚仔佢食返2隻。燒得好香好爽,唔會韌。燒物配啤酒真係一流,冰冰涼涼爽晒。宵燒邊食住串燒邊講公司既野,果種感覺超正,咩壓力都消晒,食完吹完水,大家各自歸家。
