今日小編同一位友人新嘗試,嚟到呢間食串燒嘅餐廳食飯。由於小編都幾鍾意食串燒,所以其實都幾期待,而佢呢間餐廳就坐落於佐敦渡船街,呢個餐廳非常多嘅美食區入面。因為小編怕無位,所以預先book左枱,八點半準時入座,入到去場內都幾鬆動,唔會話相當擠迫。之後就開始睇Menu,見到佢其實都好多選擇好多嘢食,有雞豬牛羊,菜烏冬飯豆腐,以至佢嘅賣點之一,蠔!真係搞到有好嚴重嘅選擇困難症。呢度點餐嘅方法都幾特別,就係由食客親自落單親自寫底想點啲乜嘢食同份量,所以我諗真係要搵個首字寫得靚靚嘅人黎負責寫啦。其實呢個方法都好嘅,因為避免有啲客人賴皮話無order過呢d食物👍🏿又可以比客人有少少責任👍🏿好!order完之後第一樣上枱嘅嘢就係青島啤酒哈哈。本身啤酒係平平無奇,但驚喜就係餐廳會雪凍左隻杯比客人,呢樣又係唔係間間餐廳都唔會咁做嘅,所以呢到驚喜得來又加左分啦😀嘢食上枱啦,第一樣嘢嚟嘅就係燒蠔!係小編同友人最愛,亦係餐廳其中一主打菜既生蠔!不得了!落咗order之後隔咗大約5分鐘,其實佢都已經開始慢慢上菜,串燒來講速度都真係幾快。講番啲蠔,真係要整返張close up。佢個蠔好新鮮好入味,由於佢攞orde

落咗order之後隔咗大約5分鐘,其實佢都已經開始慢慢上菜,串燒來講速度都真係幾快。

而小編比較喜歡嘅係黑椒味,因為黑椒味相對比較適中,可以突顯出號蠔鮮甜,蒜蓉其實都唔差只係可能蒜蓉太重口味遮蓋左蠔嘅本身個特質。所以呢個果然係佢餐廳其中一個主打菜。

至於味道,個味道唔會太so得黎又有啲羊味,連唔係太食羊嘅小編,都食得津津有味!因為其實羊架要燒得好食真係唔易做,但係正正佢就真係做得好好👍🏿👍🏿
