To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次試完荃灣,今次輪到試上環分店的浦和喇日本餐係我男朋友最喜歡的餐種,我地都係好講究既人,所以做左好多research,今次我地試上環浦和既極上放題,一黎到服務員已經好快咁安排左張卡位俾我地坐,介紹了餐廳不同既放題資料給我們聽,之後幫我地安排左個刺身拼盤好新鮮,海膽好像是加拿大海膽,估唔到放題都可以食到咁大隻炸物入面我最讚不絕口既係芝麻雞翼,熱騰騰的放在我面前,Yummy!!串燒入面我建議大家一定要叫帶子串燒!超大隻!我同男朋友一共食左6隻而牛柳粒亦都係唔小得,因為俾人夾得太快,唔記得影俾大家睇.....但記得要叫甜品方面,當然唔小得我最喜愛既雪糕喇是次晚餐非常滿足,但提提大家記得訂位,因為我離開時見到好多人等位
