To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活,我嚟呢度食下午茶完全感覺唔到有快活既感覺都唔好講話大唔大, 呢個扎肉米線, 扎肉少到喊, 米線更加少到係一啖就食完, 比盡佢兩啖啦, 接近30蚊既價錢買三粒扎肉同兩啖米線, 嚴格啲嚟講應該係兩粒半扎肉講番食物先, 米線就冇乜味, 應該話係索唔到啲湯味, 湯若只係得味精感覺, 一味得個咸字扎肉肉質爽爽, 都算係咁啦, 丁咁丁丁嘅香茅味, 咁講真嗌街貨嚟講都算係咁嘅起碼要有兩粒半肉食下啦, 廚房淨係將佢霎熟煮熱咁都整得唔好就真係。。。。。。。。死得啦
