餐廳以風清竹影為主題,主打新派浙江菜,裝潢設計以江南美學為主軸,菜式多元而且性價比高。狀元芋頭煲芋頭煲上菜時,店員在我面前將煲蓋打開,熱氣騰騰。芋頭切成薄片,又香又甜又糯,將芋頭昇華做大菜。薺菜碎肉千張包千張包用豆乾塊包著薺菜及碎肉,同澄黃的肉汁一齊食,豆香清遠。土豆芝士塔這個創新料理將薯仔塔及芝士塔結合,味道又幾夾。酥皮做到鬆脆,面頭的芝士及煙肉香葱為薯仔蓉的塔做點綴。東坡肉東坡肉用荷葉墊底,荷香撲鼻。東坡肉肥瘦分明,有最少三層肥肉及瘦肉。咬落口一啲都唔油膩,油脂溶化在口中既滋味。雪菜黃魚麵雪菜味又濃郁又咸,黃魚微微炸過先放湯,味道甘美。配料有雪菜等好豐富。麵條有厚度,又彈口又吸收了不少湯汁。西湖雷峰塔這個甜品依照西湖中的雷峰塔而做,做得好不相似。綠色的湖水中,有一座又高又精緻的塔樓,巧妙得很。原來塔身係山藥奶凍,味道清淡而帶著奶香,口感軟軟的。懷舊米漿一入口有清清甜甜,後勁有濃郁既米香味,香甜暖胃。
