呢間店聽講試業咗好耐,近排限聚令完咗,終於正式開業。春嬌火車頭有花膠嘅火車頭越南粉,人生第一次見,完全有諗過無加連威老道嘅一間小小越南餐廳可以有咁特別嘅火車頭食。至於其他配料包括: 牛丸夠彈牙,牛筋唔會韌。牛肉片呢就薄薄的。牛骨湯底就濃郁入味,但略嫌會令人口渴。椰青時令椰青,椰汁甘甜,解熱生津,清涼解渴。惟椰肉味道太淡烤牛肉撈檬老闆話招牌蔥油烤牛肉撈檬係因應熟客要求而創。烤牛肉碎上,份量多過同配菜差唔多,味道不錯,更加重要的是不太油膩,撈檬加上自家製魚露,攪拌後味道突出,夏日開胃之選。炭燒豬頸肉老闆推薦的一道小菜,份量頗多,色香俱全,但味道一股,不是太突出,沒有驚喜。話梅金桔茶 話梅金桔茶味道濃郁,但不會則重某一味道,balance得好好,同樣都係夏日精選。
