由從前的兜記,到現今易名後的勝記酒家,分別都不大,裝潢依然,風味亦依然。烤豬乃必點之選,現特惠價只售$198/半隻 或 $368/全隻,據說是店方招牌之作,眼看每檯食客均有點選。懷舊醬烤豬 ($198): $200餘元能享受半隻烤豬,不枉此行。乳豬皮脆,肉與脂肪比例適中,幼嫩之餘亦不會過於油膩!金牌燒鵝皇 ($128/例牌): 鵝香而肉質嫩軟腍多汁,為燒味中之上品。紅酒燴牛尾煲 ($108): 大大件牛尾,肉量蠻不少,即使自己到超市買也要花費五六十元,還未計紅酒和其他配料,因此$108絕對抵食。原鍋上枱香氣十足,個個都話色香味俱全,紅酒汁香,牛件入味,都幾好食。蠔仔粥 ($88): 潮式蠔仔粥非常足料,用上大量蠔仔,令粥底非常鮮甜。雖說是粥,但實是泡飯,必須加胡椒粉才能令其更為鮮香。5-6人食也足夠,相當大鍋。
