呢間餐廳開業時有唔少報導,原本都有興趣,但某日從網上見到一張扁塌漏氣2D嘅班戟照片,出自小店,頓時冇哂意慾,加上我唔係經常踏足九龍城,如果專程前來,怕失望感大。直至一年後,又見到有評語話唔錯,再次勾起好奇心,今日喺附近食完泰國菜就過黎試。餐廳裝潢幾少女心,以湖水藍、粉紅為主調,近門口位一排面壁高枱櫈,平日晚上近九點幾,都有少量客人,食甜品為主。餐牌供應5款班戟,包括原味、朱古力、綠茶、士多啤梨、限量嘅珍珠伯爵茶,款式同奇蹟班戟近似,定價$68-108,配飲料有優惠價。除左甜品,仲有意粉等主食。週末、公眾假期設最低消費每人一個品項。朱古力焦糖香蕉核桃班戟 $88即點即製,等候約20分鐘,班戟一份兩件,按比例黎講性價比唔高。班戟上灑上朱古力粉、朱古力醬、焦糖香蕉及忌廉,賣相就唔錯就算唔係漲卜卜,都不至於平面漏氣。班戟輕盈,蛋漿啱啱好熟,空氣感重,入口融化,蛋味偏淡,好接近甜品店食到嘅梳乎厘,自己一個可以食得哂。百貨應百客,如果鐘意食一陣風嘅口感,都會收貨。只係我個人喜歡紮實鬆綿嘅班戟最讚當然係螞蟻人最愛而又冇難度嘅薄脆焦糖香蕉。朱古力忌廉滑溜,即使唧有朱古力漿,味道都唔夠明顯;所謂核桃食落

最讚當然係螞蟻人最愛而又冇難度嘅薄脆焦糖香蕉。朱古力忌廉滑溜,即使唧有朱古力漿,味道都唔夠明顯;所謂核桃食落卻似通風花生,用料唔夠靚。
