今日我去了位於銅鑼灣的高級韓燒店,柞木炭家,非常享受這裡的用餐體驗。店員的服務非常周到,除了免費提供的韓式前菜之外,還會幫忙燒肉,讓我完全沉浸在韓式燒烤的美味中。☺️我點了A4和牛西冷、和牛牛肋肉、慶州黑毛豬五花肉、帶子和壽喜燒口牛西冷。每種肉類都非常鮮嫩,肉質細膩,口感十分豐富。特別是A4和牛西冷,更是別具風味,油脂多嘅肉店員建議燒到7成熟先可以充分體驗到嗰種油脂嘅澎湃,令人難以忘懷。🤤壽喜燒口牛西冷也是這家韓燒店的招牌菜之一,肉質鮮嫩,配上蛋液以及一口size嘅白飯一齊食,印象非常深刻!😳慶州黑毛豬五花肉肥而不膩,入口即化,非常適合燒烤。帶子也非常新鮮,肉質爽口,清甜可口。👍🏻除了肉類之外,食韓燒當然要飲埋燒酒,叫了一枝「首爾之夜」的燒酒。這種燒酒非常特別,口味層次豐富,帶有濃郁的麥芽和酒香味,同時酒精濃度亦有返咁上下!
