未試過去樓上舖食打冷,顛覆了我對潮州菜的感覺,店內裝潢新潮,座位不多坐得鬆動。菜式雖是潮州菜,但又加了一些新穎的元素。有免費爆谷作為餐前小食。蜆仔肉生菜包 | $88生菜洗得乾淨且新鮮,蜆仔肉細細粒像生菜包般。蘭王蛋蠔餅 | $78蠔餅上的木魚不停收縮,外皮邊位炸到脆脆的,十分香口。蠔仔大粒亦都有蠔味,整個蠔餅大塊。椒鹽普寧豆腐 | $68傳統的普寧豆腐是浸鹽水,這款普寧豆腐外層加了椒鹽粉及黑芝麻,鹽水反而味道不太鹹,成了一個反轉。主菜三項 | $208自選5款$278,我選了三款,滷水鵝肉、豬仔髀、鵝腸。另有豬腩肉、墨魚、豬肚、慢煮鹽香雞。上枱時先上一個熱爐,再放上主食,感覺昇華了。鵝腸爽口入味,鵝肉厚實多肉,豬仔脾更有兩大隻,底下墊了豆腐,大碟到兩個人食不完。辣椒油由師傅自制,加了炸蒜,仍然帶點脆口。服務好,侍應有禮貌。
