好一陣子沒有光顧茶木。當晚趁著兩個人撐檯腳,避免大型食肆的選擇困難,決定躲進茶木,每人叫碗麵,速戰速決。在門口瞄到有新菜色:烏龍茶春雞,於是貪新鮮叫了一隻,再加碗紅蔥醬燒豬軟骨麵。所謂烏龍茶春雞,其實就是豉油燒春雞,燒汁加入茶葉,吃起來就像沒有撕開的山東燒雞,相當入味,徒手分解亦非常方便。燒豬軟骨麵則一貫地味濃,高骨膠原,麵質亦有咬口。吃得高興,主食後還來碗黑糖芒果芋圓香草豆花,不必另覓糖水店,感覺相當滿足。
