開業六年,頭啖湯已經成為附近街坊的心頭好,熟客絡繹不絕。廚房以前的主廚可是五星級湯品的高手,啖湯真係無得頂!尤其是他們的招牌椰子雞煲,選用印度椰子和鮮雞熬製,湯底鮮甜濃郁,椰香四溢,飲完真係又滋潤又解渴,令人回味無窮!而且,佢哋有售無味精的湯包,喜歡的朋友可以帶回家,價錢只需$48起,真係超值!另外,推介佢哋的小食「黃金炸魚皮」,香脆可口,絕對是開胃小食的首選。牛肉方面,佢哋有三款選擇,我試過牛肩胛($108小份)同牛頸脊($188),都非常美味。搭配新鮮的蔬菜拼盤、花膠、雙拼丸,再加上海鮮如生蠔、海蝦、脆肉皖和蜆,絕對係一頓滿足的盛宴!總之,頭啖湯真係值得一試,無論是湯品還是小食,都讓人感受到用心的味道。快啲約埋朋友一齊嚟享受吧!✨
