
本以為很清的一道菜,但油太多,完全沒有素菜感,亦欠清香味,可惜!

蝦子很少很少,海參只有6小塊,當然是雪的,就是豆腐亦不覺得新鮮,最好是菜芯😅

熱騰騰的煲仔飯結果便照片也披上一層熱氣:)這是2人份量,但完全可供4-5人吃!可惜抵食但不好食!臘腸、閠腸均欠香,煲仔飯最重要是底焦,可惜它既不香,也不焦脆,得個硬字,可惜!


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
