焗釀蟹蓋 表層係香濃嘅芝士,內裏有金華火腿同蟹肉。用焗嘅方式,將芝士同蟹膏溶入D肉饀到,滋味無窮。但食多會膩,少食多滋味。大良鮮蝦蒸牛奶鮮蝦配上牛奶蒸蛋,火喉掌握得好好,所以冇多餘水份,而D蛋又好滑又食到蛋味。一碟好清淡健康嘅餸,如果想有味D可以落秘制鼓油。飄香荷葉飯配料豐富,每一淡都有陣陣荷葉香,但D肉略嫌大舊,如果切細D更容易入口。中式煎牛柳牛好juicy唔乾,D肉幾彈牙。酸酸地,都幾開胃,陽蔥配料出奇地好食,又爽又甜。葡汁鮮菇豆腐豆腐表層煎得好好,不但唔燶反而煎到韌韌地。內裏豆腐又入口即溶,有D似雪糕。可以講係熱版雪米滋嘅感覺紅蔥頭浸雞雞唔算太入味,食到少少雪藏味,如果入味應該可以辟咗陣味
