今晚約咗朋友,一起去旺角朗豪坊(Lab 10)食韓燒,差一些要取消,由於琴日16/9掛起十號風球,因到處塌樹影響了交通,幾乎癱瘓,雖然(山竹)走了,但留下好多問題,好在夜啲清理了路面塌樹,開始運暢了,大家去到餐廳一起暢談這颶風,影響香港的大混亂情況,再談到這間餐廳,裝修非常新派設計,很有特色,原來仲係用無煙燒烤,餐廳依家做緊推廣價,叫第二碟餸有半價,今晚這飯局,真是有2個驚喜。韓式豬大腸$98特級和牛拼盤$438,包括有韓式牛肋條、牛肩肉、M5西冷等,牛肉的脂肪好平均,色澤紅嫩。燒的時候不用燒太熟,食起時牛味好重,而肉汁在口中運轉時,十分甘香美味。韓式海鮮薄餅$65用蛋包著海鮮及配菜一起煎,十分香口王美味。韓式水冷面$75 甜甜酸酸,煙煙靭靭的水冷麵,這口感好特別,我很喜歡。
