舊地重臨,再來到尖沙嘴食這一間位於地庫的韓燒放題,星期日LUNCH 每位$198,再另加一些高級的配菜就再另加入38先來指定菜式,點完餐很快就送到,飲品主要是罐裝皇者排骨和羊架最先送到,標準份量放滿一爐的景象已令人垂涎三尺羊架軟嫩,而且很入味。牛舌薄切,但都算多,放上去很快就熟味道略淡,不過都尚算爽口然後就是招牌的霜降和牛,那些紋理很吸引,不要燒太熟,這樣可以更保留那種口感今次也點了一些炸物銀雪魚煎得很香口,肉質沒有煎過火,肉質還很嫩滑之後的蛋包魚和蛋包蝦,如一般的炸魚和炸蝦不同,蛋味更濃更香。味道保持水準,肉質夠入味,吃著吃著就很飽,服務亦很有效率,整體依然令人滿意。
