前排好想食韓燒,所以同事推介呢間新開嘅韓燒餐廳,仲係專食韓牛,聽落已經覺得相當吸引,然而就緊係趁happy friday試一試💃🏻因為去果日係星期五,所以食呢個1++頂級韓牛餐($288)係會貴過平日少少,而foodpigss🐷🐷揀嘅時段就係最早👉🏻17:30-19:20,到六點幾就開始滿座前菜有刺身或者韓牛他他二選一,之後想追加就要額外收費,而🐷🐷就揀左他他一開始見到生牛肉其實都幾驚好腥,但估唔到係甜的,而食前係會將雞蛋撈勻先任食嘅食物包括泡菜&洋蔥片,酸酸地食完會更開胃,戰鬥力大升而主角呢個韓牛牛肉眼都係每人只限一份,額外亦要收費,不過佢本身份量都好夠過個癮一睇啲雪花就知係靚野,所以唔可以燒得太熟,店員推薦每邊燒各十秒,之後再燒下邊邊就食得食落有啲入口即溶嘅感覺,而因為係靚牛嘅關係,所以唔洗蘸任何醬汁或者點啲鹽已經勁惹味之後就當然開始無限食牛,雖然質素一定唔夠果幾塊高級韓牛好,但都覺不俗,當中包括韓式美國安格斯肉眼扒、韓式美國安格斯一口牛粒&韓式美國短骨牛排等海鮮類就係帶子最出色,十分鮮甜,所以忍唔住再encore韓燒過後仲可以打邊爐,肥牛就係不二之選野飲方面就揀左青提味,個味似q
