今次試咗三樣唔同嘅韓嘢食,包括鮮甜嘅魚糕青口湯鍋、惹味嘅泡菜五花腩烏冬,仲有香噴噴嘅煎韓牛餃子。 總體嚟講,呢三樣嘢食都好有韓國風味,喺味道同埋食材搭配方面都好用心機。魚糕青口湯鍋個湯鍋一拎上枱,各式各樣嘅魚糕喺湯度滾下滾下,再加埋脹卜卜嘅青口,齋睇都流晒口水。個湯底清清甜甜,有陣淡淡嘅海鮮味,飲落好舒服。 啲魚糕種類好多,口感都唔一樣,有啲彈牙煙韌,有啲就軟綿綿入口即化,好有層次。仲有呀,個湯入面仲有埋白蘿蔔、冬菇呢啲菜,令到成個味道豐富咗好多。泡菜五花腩烏冬呢個餸嘅重點就喺泡菜同五花腩嘅完美結合。 泡菜嘅酸辣味完全滲入咗啲五花腩度,令到本身好肥膩嘅五花腩變得好開胃。 啲烏冬麵條又彈牙又滑溜,索晒啲湯汁。煎韓牛餃子啲餃子皮又薄又煙韌,煎得啱啱好,底嗰邊脆,面嗰邊就保持住軟熟。啲韓牛嘅香味好濃,肉質又夠嫩滑,一啖咬落去,啲肉汁喺個口入邊爆發,香到不得了,食完仲想再食。
