水冷麵有兩款,一款係辣既雪地獄冷麵,而另一款就係我所揀選既八道水冷麵,冷麵既份量都幾大份,有青瓜,幾塊牛展,同埋半隻雞蛋,醬汁酸甜度做得不錯,而麵質食落又夠彈牙。

浦井沙律 $88


沙律我們點了餐廳的signature salad,除了有基本的沙律菜和三色椒外,還加上吞拿魚和蟹棒,令到成碟菜更加吸引,吞拿魚的外圍加入了芝麻再燒香,外實內軟,香口得黎又夠juicy,配上附上的柚子汁,令成個人好refreshing。

上牛烤  $288


燒肉部分我們選了上牛烤拼盤,裡面包了小牛排,肉眼,牛肩胛脊,腹胸肉,牛舌,和蔬菜,一次過滿足多個願望。

除上牛烤拼盤會跟生菜,伴牛肉一起食可以有效減低油膩感,而右邊既白蘿蔔係用黎清潔烤爐同埋吸油既,呢度係我食過既烤肉店中第一間用呢個方法去清潔個爐,都幾特別,而清潔過程仲好好玩呢。

店員會為我們「開爐」,在爐的兩邊加入蛋漿,除著烤肉既過程,蛋漿會慢煮成形,而未知是否因為慢煮既緣故,D蛋真係食落更香更滑。

芝士和粟米既分量都幾多,絕對足料,然後就可以問始烤肉啦。


值得一讚既係呢度既抽風系統做得幾好,大大個抽氣扇,令人好安心。

最難處理既一家係呢塊肉眼,我地望到都真係你眼望我眼,唔知點算叫做熟,最後我們把它的四面煎香,再由店員教路,把它切開,再煎多一陣,咁就食得啦。

因為先把肉眼的表層烤香,而裡面仍然係半熟既緣故,所以肉汁得以鎖住,令呢塊肉既層次更分明,絕對係全晚既Number one之選。


由於 diy 燒烤既緣故,所以未必所有人都會烤得好,煎得香,所以在場我都有見到有幾枱既客人會請店員幫忙,由店員烤然後佢地就等食,但係其實揀得呢個餐廳,就係要 enjoy 自己 diy ,由生變熟既過程,自己親手去做,樂趣更大呢。
