荃灣的韓國小店,主廚係韓國人,聽到佢同店員都以韓文交流,所以食到韓廚親自煮嘅美食。小店座位唔多,但有溫馨感覺,而且裝潢以小學裝飾為主,有兒時小學年代的學校枱櫈,張枱側仲有得掛袋,又有櫃筒位,放左menu。坐底點菜後,有粟米鬚水,味道清新,有淡淡清香。調味牛排骨&牛仔骨 定食 $98前菜有醃茄子、韓國泡菜、薯蓉沙律。醃茄子酸甜軟腍,茄子好味。泡菜唔會好辣,係較酸嘅泡菜,爽脆口感。薯蓉綿滑,拌飯都好正。調味牛排骨,入味又易咬,味道係燒韓牛嘅醃料,牛肉味都重,好有韓國風味。牛仔骨連住少少肥肉,入口好香,牛肉嫩腍,連住骨位嘅肉更嫩滑,配飯一流。限量發售辣炒豬肉 紫菜包飯+泡菜 $65份量很足夠,有爽脆醃蘿蔔、醃菜、豆皮,加上味道濃郁嘅辣炒豬肉,微辣香口又惹味,豬肉好好味,入口味道融合,仲有麻油香,配泡菜好正。
