聽講韓國出名嘅炸雞登陸香港,開炸雞裏面嘅名牌同貴族一定要試吓啦!Puradak所有炸雞均採用獨特的「先焗後炸」 方式炮製,先以210度高溫焗製,把油份逼出,滅少油腻感並鎖住肉汁,其後再油炸至酥脆,令炸雞外脆内嫩,口感更有層次。不過食過就覺得冇想像中咁好食,還好!🍴 青陽辣椒MAYO炸雞 秘製黑炸雞 半半口味$253 另收加一 (7.5/10)各有七舊,清陽辣椒蛋黃醬好香辣,但同時帶有蛋黃醬嘅香濃,真心都幾辣,個雞肉都好嫩滑,但佢比較似焗雞,唔係好香炸嗰種,唔算好香脆!但感覺一啲都唔油膩!好香濃嘅甜豉油味,再加少少蒜香。食咗幾舊有啲滯😂🍴黑芝芝波 $70 另收加一 (6/10)外面好薄嘅炸粉,咬落麻糬嘅口感,非常煙靭,有香味屬於偏甜,有少少芝士嘅奶香味,不過唔可以拉絲,亦都唔係好香濃。 🍴黑墨魚圈 $70 另收加一 (5/10)佢唔係普通魷魚條,有啲似打爛咗嘅墨魚膠,有墨魚味,但唔好食到墨魚汁?推薦指數: 7/10冇手勢咁好食之餘份量都唔算好多,同埋價錢都比較偏貴,冇嘢飲提供,水都要自己俾錢買,唔使排隊都未必再去食🤣真心覺得有介紹過嘅其他炸雞好似好食啲!
